In the beautiful
hills between the Apennines and the Adriatic Coast at Rimini, lies the
distinctive mountain village of Perticara. Just outside the village, on
top of a hill with a magnificent view across the entire area, lies
Camping Perticara, founded in 1999 by Dutch couple, Bert and Nel
Eigenbrood.
It is real terraced camping, each of the 70
pitches enjoying a panoramic view across the valley and the village.
Thanks to its location at over 600 meters up, summer days always enjoy a
refreshing breeze... and there isn’t a mosquito in sight. Perticara lies
on the edge of the Marche region, a rural area with many forests,
mountains and agricultural land.
